Dr. Carter wanted the design to be a reflection of their office that their patients could recognize. By incorporating their logo into the design it made the postcard a very distinct representation of their office and a nice birthday message all into one.

Christmas Open House Recap!
The Christmas Open House was on November 5th, 2009 and it was SO MUCH FUN! I couldn't wait to share a few images from that evening. Thank you to all the people who came to show their support and a special thanks to anyone who helped provide the tasty nibbles for all the guests!
To recap the event... Bumbles Boutique, which is an adorable clothing boutique in West Salem, featured Red Pearl Designs and Ashley Sturm Photography to prepare for the upcoming Holiday season! Red Pearl Designs showcased a new line of contemporary Christmas Cards (shown below), and Ashley Sturm Photography was booking family portrait sessions to make your Christmas card complete with an updated photo! Not to mention, family portraits make great gifts for relatives and friends!
Throughout the night, there were incredible prizes being raffled off! The prizes given away were gift certificates to use at Bumbles Boutique, Red Pearl Designs & Ashley Sturm Photography, and several local business donated prizes such as a FREE Spa Pedicure from the Nail Boutique, a tanning gift basket from Bronze Planet, a Strawberry Kiwi candle & 10 free stamps from Goin' Postal, and Mary Kay Make-up!
Overall it was an amazing turnout and everyone had a lot of fun =) In my book, it couldn't have been a better night and I'm so excited for next year!

Gamblin Wedding Thank You Postcard

Frost Thank You Postcard
The honeymoon is over and it's time to write thank you notes! Patrick and Siriana were married on July 10th at the Cone Chapel and carried the scrabble theme throughout their wedding (Patrick proposed with a Scrabble board! MTI Brochure
Recently I started volunteering in the Creative Arts Department at West Salem Foursquare Church. My first project was to design a tri-fold brochure for Ministry Training Institute (MTI), and even though it was a lot of work.. it's also very rewarding to use my talents to help serve the church. Everyone was thrilled with the design and so was I! I'm looking forward to the next project they throw my way =)

Salem Academy Reunion Postcard
This project was special to me because it was for my old High School, Salem Academy. I was asked to put together a 6" by 11" full color postcard for their 30 Year Class Reunion invitation. It made me think, someday i'll be attending my 30 year reunion at Salem Academy... seems so far away, but i'm sure it will come faster then I think!
The card turned out great! I had a lot of information to fit on the back, but I kept a very organized structure which made everything very clear and easy to understand. Congratulations to all the 30 year grads! Have fun at the reunion!

Travis & Kristen Reception Postcard
Travis & Kristen were married on June 20th in Arizona. Congratulations!! Since Travis is from Oregon, several people could not make the long trek to Arizona, so they are also having an Oregon reception in a few weeks to celebrate with those who could not attend the wedding. Last week I teamed up with Ashley of Ashley Sturm Photography (www.ashleysturmphotography.com) to design her an eye-catching ad to put in some local high school newspapers. She was great to work with because she is so excited about her business, it's so refreshing to work with someone who is passionate about what they do! I loved working off her photos because each image is so dynamic... she truly has a gift! I'm really happy with the finished product and can't wait to hear about her results, more to come!

Here is a save the date postcard that I did for my friend Siriana. Her fiancee proposed with a scrabble board, so we carried that theme into their save the date. Very cute!!
Reynoso Thank You Postcard
After Ashley and Brad returned from their honeymoon I designed them a wedding thank you postcard. Their photographer supplied me with a selection of wedding images that I used to design their collage postcard. It was a beautiful wedding!

To the far left you will see the main wedding invitation, middle bottom is the reply card, and then lower right is the direction card. All these pieces were inserted into the black envelope with a custom white address label.
The last piece was the wedding program that you see in the upper right corner.

Shea is a good friend of mine who got married in October 2008. After her wedding she asked me to design a thank you postcard, which I have posted to the left. Their photographer supplied me with the image and I took it from there. I'm very happy with how it turned out, and I know Shea and Matt were also.
